If you are a new TriMech contractor, please click on the state below in which you will be working. You will be able to download PDF tax forms and timesheets required for completion prior to your start.

1. Find your state:
   Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia
2. Download tax forms and timesheets for your work site state.
3. Fill out tax forms and submit to TriMech prior to your start.
