April 15th, 2010 CBRNE Mission Systems Contract Awarded Teledyne Brown Engineering TriMech Services, a TBE teaming partner has been awarded Defense Department contract Task Order to support the CBRNE (Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear High Yield Explosives) Mission Systems contract vehicle at Aberdeen Proving Grounds. TriMech Services, is one of several teaming companies in support of Teledyne Brown Engineering who will be providing engineering support, research and technology and program and integration support for the US Army. TriMech has been successfully supporting multiple US Army contract vehicles and very pleased to team with Teledyne Brown Engineering on this opportunity.
April 15, 2010 Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. Wins Department of Defense CBRNE Mission Support Contract Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. has received a major task order contract under a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract from the Department of Defense (DoD) to provide acquisition program and engineering support, research and technology, and program and integration support. In addition to Teledyne Brown, nine other winners were announced to provide up to $485 million in support services over the next five years. Potential customers are the nation's front line performers in defense against chemical, biological radiological, nuclear and explosives (CBRNE) weapons of mass destruction. These include the U.S. Army Edgewood Chemical Biological Center, the DoD Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense and subordinate project offices, the U.S. Army Chemical Materials Agency, and the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute for Chemical Defense.
